Yes, all the physical books in our store are second-hand or very old. We specialize in providing rare and unique books to our customers, but due to the nature of these books, they may show signs of wear and tear. Each book listing includes a detailed description of its condition to help you make an informed purchase.

We use the following quality grading guide to describe the condition of our books:

  • Fine (F): The book is in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.
  • Very Good (VG): The book shows minor signs of wear but is in overall great condition.
  • Good (G): The book has visible signs of wear, such as creases, scratches, or minor tears, but is still in a readable condition.
  • Fair (FR): The book has significant signs of wear, including major creases, tears, or marks, but is still complete and readable.
  • Poor (P): The book is heavily worn, may have missing pages, and is in a fragile state, but it is still readable.

No, as all our books are second-hand or very old, they will not look like new. Each book listing includes a detailed description and images of the book’s condition, so you can have a clear understanding of what to expect when you receive your order.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the book you received, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy. We offer a 14-day refund period for physical books, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were sent. However, refunds may not be granted if there is evidence of mishandling by the customer or if the return is deemed frivolous.

We take great care in sourcing our books and verifying their authenticity. However, given the nature of second-hand and rare books, we cannot always provide an absolute guarantee of authenticity. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day refund period for all physical books purchased from our store. The book(s) must be returned in their original condition, including any packaging and accessories, and the refund period begins from the date of delivery.

Digital products and custom printed items are not eligible for refunds. Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, while custom printed items are made to order and are non-returnable.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. When returning old or rare books, the customer is also responsible for purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping method.

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return postage.

Once we receive the returned book(s) and confirm that they meet our refund conditions, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you received an incorrect book, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for the correct book to be sent to you and cover the cost of return postage for the incorrect book.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different book, please return the original book for a refund and place a new order for the desired title.

When returning old or rare books, refunds will only be granted if the book is returned in the same condition as it was sent, with allowances made for the original condition described in the listing. Refunds may not be granted if there is evidence that the customer mishandled the book or if the return is deemed frivolous.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. However, in some cases, there may be a slight delay due to stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you to provide an update.

After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to access your digital downloads. Simply click on the link, and you will be directed to a page where you can download your purchased digital products. If you have any issues accessing your downloads, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Yes, all our shipped orders include tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of your order and access the tracking information.

Yes, we require a signature upon delivery for all shipped orders to ensure that your package is delivered securely. If you are not available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange for redelivery or collection from a nearby post office.
